Terms & Conditions
WORK. The client retains Lionz Den, Inc. to create their project(s). Work includes only the final, deliverable art, and not any preliminary work or sketches. The client receives a three-revision limit on all Work. If the Client is not satisfied after the three revisions, Lionz Den, Inc. will charge $15 per additional revision the Client requests. Revisions include but are not limited to, fonts, color, sizing, and layout.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS. Unless otherwise agreed upon, Lionz Den, Inc. does not provide refunds. If you are experiencing buyer's remorse or if you plan to use another company instead, you are not eligible for a refund. When Lionz Den, Inc. receives payment, the project will begin according to the timeline provided by the client. Because of these reasons, it is advised that you allow enough time for the project to be completed: revisions may be required, it may be a period of peak orders, and prior work may take longer than anticipated. In most cases, I provide a reasonable timeframe. If it's a busy time, however, I may need an extra business day. Any services already rendered and paid for can be canceled at any time for any reason. In order to offset the loss of business, however, Lionz Den, Inc. will not refund payments already received for the work already produced or in the queue.

DEPOSITS. There are no deposit options available at Lionz Den, Inc. Prior to working on any project, we require full payment. We also offer Afterpay as an alternative payment option.
Price & Delivery. Payment should be made in the method and manner specified by Lionz Den, Inc. Work is to be delivered no later than [9-21 BUSINESS DAYS, 6-8 BUSINESS WEEKS FOR BRANDING PACKAGES, WEBSITES, AND LARGER PROJECTS.], but Lionz Den, Inc. agrees that the date of delivery is not material to this Agreement. No finalized artwork files will be delivered until the balance is paid off. If work is purchased, and the Client does not complete it within 120 days, there is a $300 restart fee. If over 120 days, the project is null and void, and no refund shall be issued. ALL UNPAID INVOICES ARE CHARGED 30% OF THE INVOICE AFTER 24 HOURS. Logo files are sent over in pdf, png, and jpg formats. Print files are sent over in pdf and png format. Raw files such as; PSD or Ai files are available for an additional fee.​ If work is purchased, and the client does not complete/send required documents/other required information within 120 days, there is a $300 restart fee. If over 120 days, the project is null and void, and no refund shall be issued. ALL UNPAID INVOICES ARE CANCELLED AFTER 120 DAYS & PUT INTO LIONZ DEN, INC COLLECTIONS. Please remember, you will be still held responsible for that balance, any other future project(s) will NOT be accepted until the balance is paid in full from the previous balance. Logo files are sent over in pdf, png, and jpg formats. Print files are sent over in pdf and png format. Raw files are available for an additional fee of $199.

Grant of Rights. Lionz Den, Inc. may use your work in our portfolio (including, but not limited to, any website that displays Lionz Den, Inc.'s works). The client and Lionz Den, Inc. agree that when asked, the Client must properly identify Lionz Den, Inc. as the creator of the work. The client does not have a proactive duty to display Lionz Den, Inc.'s name together with Work, but the Client may not seek to mislead others that Work was created by anyone other than Lionz Den, Inc. Draft files of artwork are the property of Lionz Den, Inc., and shall not be used in any matter or posted on Social Media. That can be a breach of contract, and cause Lionz Den, Inc. to forfeit the project. In this case, no refund.

Cancellation & Expiration. The fee for Work is non-refundable. If Client nonetheless does not want or refuses to receive Work, Lionz Den, Inc. may decide whether or not to complete Work and will exclusively retain all rights to Work. Services booked at a sale price/discounted rate, cannot be refunded.

Limitation of Liability. The client agrees that Lionz Den, Inc. will is not liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages), that arise from Denzel Starks Enterprises' performance of this commission (including, but not limited to, failure to perform in a timely manner, regardless of whether the failure was intentional or negligent.)
